Site Specific Resource Recovery Assessment

Where material assessed does not meet the requirements of any of the current Resource Recovery Orders/Exemptions, we can apply to the EPA for a Site-Specific Order/Exemption.

If the material is assessed to be suitable, this would result in the EPA approving the material for specific beneficial reuse options diverting it away from Landfill.
